Workshop Overview:
This Valentine’s Day, you’re invited to turn your attention inward and offer yourself care and love in its simplest, most nourishing form: rest. This Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing workshop is a space to show up for yourself, slow down, and allow your body and nervous system to rest deeply.
Rather than doing more or giving outwardly, this practice honors self-love as presence, listening, and permission to soften. Through guided Yoga Nidra and sound healing, you’ll be supported in releasing tension and reconnecting with yourself in a calm, grounded setting.
Through Yoga Nidra and sound, you will:

Workshop Flow
We begin by settling into a comfortable, fully supported resting position, allowing the body to arrive and feel held. From there, you’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice accompanied by sound, inviting deep relaxation and inward attention. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to go — just time set aside to rest, receive, and honor yourself. Together, these practices create space for renewal, softness, and a felt sense of self-love.
