A Journey Within: Embodied Movement & Writing Workshop
Date & Time: Saturday, 20 September, 10:00–11:30
Move, write, and ground yourself for the polar night season ahead.
Workshop Overview:
Step into a mindful space where movement meets creativity. This unique workshop combines embodied movement, meditative practices, and flow writing to help you reconnect with your body, explore your inner world, and prepare for the polar night season with clarity and calm.
Through embodied movement and writing, you will:
Release tension and cultivate presence in the body.
Strengthen your inner resources for moving forward with intention and compassion.
Encourage creativity, intuition, and a kind, reflective relationship with yourself.
Workshop Flow
We begin with grounding practices, embodied flow, and intuitive movement to soften the body, create ease, and become more aware of what is present within. From there, we shift into guided writing prompts that invite you to release what no longer serves you and welcome the intentions you wish to carry forward. Together, these practices open space for presence, renewal, and self-discovery.
