Meditation Q&A Session: A space for questions

If you have ever been curious about meditation but did not know where to start, this is for you. Gina, Ying, and Ahyeong will sit down together to answer your questions openly and honestly. What is meditation, really? What can it do for you? How do you actually begin?

No prior experience is needed. This is not a class. It is a conversation.

After the Q&A, Gina will guide the group through a simple breathing meditation so that you can experience it for yourself, firsthand.

Gina and Ahyeong both practice Vipassana meditation in the tradition of S.N. Goenka, and Ying brings her own dedicated meditation practice to this gathering. Together they offer a range of perspectives on what it means to build a steady, sustainable practice in everyday life.

Tea will be served. Come as you are, settle in, and let this be a gentle close to your weekend — good company, a meaningful conversation, and a moment of stillness to carry with you into the week ahead.
