Conscious Dance Event

A Special Conscious Dance Experience

TUESDAY 17 AUGUST 18:30-20:00

Soul Peak Studio invites you to an intimate Conscious Dance evening with live DJ Aggie Frost.

About the Evening

We begin in a circle, grounding through simple, mindful exercises to connect inward and as a group.

Then the music begins.
Out of the head — into the body.

You’ll be guided with a few gentle movement suggestions before entering free, intuitive dance. There is no choreography, no performance, and no social interaction during the dance. This is your space to explore, feel, and move as you wish.

You may ask yourself:

  • What does my body need right now?

  • What emotions are present?

  • What wants to move through me?

Everything is welcome.

We close with rest, a short guided meditation, and a moment of gratitude. The circle reopens for optional sharing.

Come as you are. Dance your inner landscape.

Practical Guidelines

To keep the space safe and supportive:

  • Alcohol- and drug-free

  • Silence during the dance

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early

  • No entry after we begin

  • No phone use in the studio

  • Respect personal space

  • Barefoot or socks only

Dance Through Art

The Nordover Art Gallery will be open, inviting you to move among the artworks and draw inspiration from the space.

Rest areas will be available if you need to pause and integrate.

DJ Aggie Frost is visiting Longyearbyen for a limited time—don’t miss this rare opportunity to experience this unique conscious dance journey.
